Some housekeeping tips:
If you have a dog(s), PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER THEM before your appointment so that the technician doesn’t step in something & unknowingly carry it around.
If interior work is scheduled, please remove all small items from in front of your window so that the technician will have access to the windows. Because we serve many highly vulnerable clients, our technicians will wear masks whenever inside the house. We highly recommend you do, also. Best practice would be to open the windows before & after your appointment to better protect yourself & others.
Technicians can move couches, furniture, & beds if not too heavy – but if something is not moveable, then that window will be assumed to be “unable to reach.”
The same is true for exterior windows where landscaping plants or other immovable obstacles prevent safe access to the window. All reasonable, safe efforts will be made to access your windows. Your technician may “clip it” or “skip it”.
Every effort & technique will be used to get your windows as clean as possible. Many times windows have not been cleaned in years, therefore – stains, oxidation, hard water deposits, and corrosion of frames and tracks make it impossible to clean perfectly. This is especially true with older style windows. Please let your technician know if there’s a window that you aren’t completely satisfied with at completion. Your technician will look at it and determine if it’s something that’s inside of the window (common air gap between the pains creates markings) or not & determine if it can be touched up at all.
Nominal specks of paint and mineral deposits will be included in the normal window cleaning process, but excessive amounts will either need to be added to the quote or left as is.
Worried about upcoming rain? Well, you don’t have to. Clean windows and screens don’t make marks on your windows like dirty ones will. We guarantee it!
